Remember back in the day, they'd always show commercials on COLLECT calls? like 1800 collect? i dont see those anymore. i know why.....

*Gasp* you're right I totally forgot about them, and I know why...
They dont show those collect call commercials because pay-phones have been replaced by cell phones now, i kind of miss the old commercials though.
i couldn't stand 1800-call-att commercials.i hate richard simmons

I remember those. What about those weird numbers like 10-10-220 or something along those lines. Where you can called out or something. I guess they quite that. 'cause of Cell phones obviously.
didn't 1 of the commercials have phones ringing to the tune of we wish you a merry christmas during the holiday season?
i also remember a commercial that had dogs barking, i believe that was also to tune of we wish you a merry christmas but i don't remember if that was also for a collect call commercial or for something else.

I have seen some reverse charge (what the UK calls "collect" calls) commercials here in the UK in 2007 (at least) , some for 0800 REVERSE, and one for another number I can't remember which lets you reverse charge to cellphones (which you can't do with 0800 REVERSE) .
