What are some shows you think are now lame, cuz your all grown up now, but appreciate because it was better than those other shows you used to watch as a child?

Muppets Tonight - I remember going over my friends house every Friday night to watch TGIF with Muppet's Tonight.

Aliens In The Family - Same as ^

Under The Umbrella Tree - I dont remember much of it but I remember watching it everyday and it was my favorite show when I was an infant

Dumbo's Circus - I lied! This is my favorite puppet show. I remember my older brother would get picked up for school and I would go in my moms room, she would go back to bed and I would jump on her bed and watch it!

Allegra's Window - Ahhh the 90's Nick Jr. with Face. Thats when Nick Jr was great

Sesame Street - Always loved the show and I remember singing C is for Cookie all the time. And once my birthday cake had Bert and Ernie on it, and it was my best birthday ever. And I remember when I was 10 I would watch Sesame Street with my niece.

Lambchop - I use to watch it with my mom all the time and she had the puppet so I would put it on my hand and pretend I was controlling her.

    AHH I love puppet shows.

I remember watching Lamb Chops and Fraggle Rock all the time! Those were two of my favorite childhood shows that involved puppets! I have three seasons of Fraggle Rock on DVD and I'm getting the fourth season when it comes out.

I also vaguely remembered watching Mother Goose's Treasury on The Disney Channel when I was a kid. When I was at a church rummage sale a month ago I found a homemade video with volumes 1-4 of Mother Goose's Treasury on it. I rewatched some of it today. Of course, it was cheesy as hell and the production values weren't that great, but the songs were entertaining and the actors had some good dancing talents.

As for Muppets Tonight, I used to watch it sporadically as a child. For some reason I did not like that show a lot - maybe I was scared of some of the episodes(I wouldn't be now, but I was more impressionable as a child).
You cannot leave the magic - Down at Fraggle Rock!

Anyone who sings like that should be dragged out into the street and shot - Garfield

Those are some great puppet shows. My favorites to be honest.

I'm glad someone else remembers Under the Umbrella Tree. I always did like that Iguana in it.

I have to add Fraggle Rock though. I used to love that show.

I actually find them all still very endearing: Sesame Street, The Elephant Show, Today's Special, New Zoo Revue, Zooblie Zoo, Great Space Coaster, Dumbo's Circus, Fraggle Rock, The Muppet Show, Pinwheel... good stuff.
