Remember the commercials from back in the late 80s about those 1-900 phone lines where you could allegedly talk to Santa Claus, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, New Kids On The Block, Mighty Mouse, etc?

Anyone here ever actually call those numbers?

I remember one back when I was 8 in 1988, it was a phone line and you called it and it was a story about a Ninja and you pressed different #'s to make the Ninja do different things, righ before Nintendo got popular I guess but who wouldnt rather press number 3 to make a Ninja karate kick open a doo rather than playing Mike Tysons punchout.

I called Nintendo's Help Hotline once, but I didn't get in trouble for it.

Not that this really matters, but I'm surprised that there isn't a 1-900 number to call Hannah Montana.

I can imagine dialing a number to call He-Man, and I end up having phone sex with Skeletor.

I remember G.I Joe having one for the Refrigerator Perry action figure. I believe the Sergent Slaughter figure had one too. It was like 50 cents a call.
