Hi guys!

It's that time of the year again. I randomly remember a cartoon and just cannot think of its name!

There was this - rather old - cartoon about a sort of merman (?) superhero. Not sure if he actually had fins, but he mainly operated under water...
As far as I can remember he looked a bit like Spock from Star Trek, and I thought his name was Prince Nemo or something like that, but I can't find anything???

The animation was quite basic, so possibly 60s or so??

Please help. :)

I remember the Filmation animated series called "Aquaman" from 1968 to 1970. Think there was also a "Superman/Aquaman Adventure Hour" in 1969, it used to come on before the first "Scooby Doo" on CBS. Like a typical Filmation series "Aquaman" was poorly rendered. He looked like a blond pretty boy and was always riding on a creepy giant seahorse, guess he was saving his legs for soccer. Aquaman's enemies were losers like "Black Manta" and "The Brain". The series also had an old timey announcer/voice over guy giving the kiddies a heads up on the action. He sounded a lot like Ted Knight the shallow tv news anchorman from the "Mary Tyler Moore Show".

        Hi!

Submariner / Prince Namor is the one, thanks abrindlek! :)

But thanks to you also, eddstarr88. I don't know that Aquaman cartoon, but it sounds interesting! Loving the look of that seahorse. :P
