I need help remembering two things.

1. There was this movie or show that had kids in a castle and there were vampires that liked ketchup???


2. I remember in the early 90s a show that had a lizard , but the lizard had long human hair and its body was like a humans but it was still a lizard. I think it wore football gear and had muscles. I remember his tail being cut off and it regrew then I remember there being a tunnel of lots of lights etc. I know it sounds crazy
