Help Me !!!

What's the name of this supposely, insanely obsucure childen movie, that I remember my Mom getting out for me when I was kid in late eighties ?!? I know this is not alot to go on, still guys you can help me out with this one I would just be majorly thankfull for effort !!! What I remember most about this children movie is the cover of Vhs, it has background of forest and on front some hands are holding up and opening up this sackcloth with children flying ?!? falling ?!? out of it !!! In the movie the one scene I most remember is some scary chick wanting to be butterfly, is push down this slide and presto !!! She's butterfly now !!! That's all I really remember of movie without freaking out and peeing my pants a little, it was such seriously scary, creepy, movie when I was a kid and I know anybody out there that can help me out with this would really be helping me deal with some unresolved emotional issues so please anybody, anybody connects with what I've just said, and can tell me name this movie, then dude, please do. It's driving me into a seven car pile up of insanity ! :D

I totally remember this movie. I remember the leprichaun and the boy belching quite a bit at one point and the sister being totally disgusted LOL. I think I saw it on the Disney Channel like a million years ago.

I am going to have to agree with straydog on this one
