Who remembers the "Carmen Sandiego" franchise and its first gameshow adaptation ("Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?") that had aired on PBS from 1991-96? Rockapella contributed its iconic title theme song.
Unfortunately, Lynne Thigpen ("The Chief") is dead...
I'd like to see all the Carmen S. imitators out there trying to make like her...

I used to play the computer game on an old mac. It was pretty intellectual for a 4th and 5th grade system.

"Where In The USA Is Carmen Sandiego?" is my favorite computer game. :)
I still have my copy of the game that I borrowed permanently from my high school. :lol:
I watched it evry single day along with the red green show, Bob ross in the best of the joy of painting, sesame street and are you being served? Those were the good old days of PBS :)
Who was Carmen Sandiego supposed to have been modeled after?
I remember the show and the PC "Where in the USA?" both very well.
