Anyone know the bugs bunny cartoon where it ends early and then Bugs Bunny yells saying that's it not over yet?

Could you be referring to "Rabbit Rampage," where Bugs Bunny is acting in a short and having difficulty with the animator, who turns out to be Elmer Fudd?

VERY similar. It's interesting to see how many of the Looney Toons borrowed themes and plots from other shorts. Guess it's not stealing if it's coming from your own library?
