It was sung by an African American singer circa late 1960's, early 1970's, and sounds like a "Motown" song to me. The subject matter involves a man who is rejecting a woman he once had a relationship with. She did a lot of things that upset him, and was very rude to him, and he is basically telling her off as he dumps her. It starts out with him singing: "You don't know how I feel..." He mentions how everytime they were together, she always found a reason to "put him down." Later on in the song, he says that "you have to reap what you sow." I think the chorus goes "It's okay" or "It's allright", and near the end he keeps singing: "So bye now...you've been hurting me, so bye now." Please forgive me if some of the lyrics are wrong. I have googled this song, and have searched for it on "You-Tube" as well, and have had no luck finding out what the title was, and who sung it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, but that is not the song I am thinking of. The "Oldies" radio station I listen to plays it constantly. Unfortunately, the D.J.'s never identify the title or the artist. How frustrating!
