I picked up some microwavable popcorn at the store today and all of a sudden I had a nostalgia rush. I remembered the popcorn from the 90's (I would say around 93-95 maybe) where it was microwavable popcorn and it would pop into red green or blue (I dont think there were any other colors, maybe purple).
The whole idea behind the popcorn was to guess what color is was going to come out as. I even remember the commercial for the popcorn, where it was made to look like a game show and kids had to guess the color. The bag would be one color to I guess distract you and it would pop a different color.
I went ape shit for this stuff as a kid when it came out and begged my mom to get some. I remember getting some and watching ABC T.G.I.F, and if I remember correctly the color of the popcorn was green. Jesus why do I remember the color of popcorn from 16 years ago :roll:
Anyway does anyone remember what the name of this popcorn was? I can remember the fucking color I ate the first time but not the name, go fuckin figure.

I've always wanted some of this stuff, but my mom never even bought it. :(
