i cant remember the name but i remeber it following american summer camp for teen for about 2 or 3 months
it was on disney or nickelodeon as they are the only channles i watched
this would have been mid-nineties, 96, maybe 97
if anyone has any ideas please help me out

On disney channel there was a show I didn't like at all called Bug Juice. It was just cameras following real kids around while they were at a summer camp.

Camp Candy was an American animated TV show and not a Canadian one.
there was this one show called Camp Caribou when i was younger it was basically summer camp for kids who didn't go to summer camp. it was pretty wicked they showed how to tie knots and how to make smores the right way. man was it ever rad

I remember seeing Camp Candy on Fox Family when the channel premiered.
I'm an american and watched Camp Candy.. it came on here saturday mornings on NBC when it debuted.
