I've searched and searched - nothing!

Any RJ members recall a cartoon called:
"I Am The Greatest: The Animated Adventures of Muhammad Ali" from 1977?

All I can find is a single pic from answers.com and a wiki listing. It was on NBC and I have to admit I wasn't to keen on NBC during the 1970's. As a result, I only watched one episode and it was a little boring.

It would be cool to hear the opinions of others who remember this toon.

The Eldorado is dead. Long live the Eldorado.

That's a very good likeness. Did he have superhero powers like the Globe Trotters?

Yeah,I remember it. It was kinda Scooby-Doo-ish with Ali's nephews (which I wonder if they ever existed) traveling around the World, solving cases and fighting mummies.

BTW,anyone remember the Superman vs. Ali comic that came out in the 70s?

Your search was successful. I've never seen that clip before. Thank you.
Wow, that toon was worse than anything I remember!
No wonder it's so hard to find.

Oh man, I just watched it on youtube. It seems like they would make a cartoon of just about anything. This old Muhummad Ali cartoon was horrible.

I suppose it could have been worse. Maybe end each episode with Muhammad Ali, as lead singer, in a band with a closing musical number.
