Hi all. Thought I'd finally come and ask the experts about a Nickelodeon short/bumper I've wondered about for years but haven't found a trace of information about online:

Does anyone remember a live-action short that featured a kinda dorky guy overlaying different everyday environmental sounds together to make music? My memory of this is so hazy by now, but I seem to remember at least two of these, with one possibly taking place in an elevator.

For reference, this would have aired around 93/94/95 when Nickelodeon was just starting in the UK. At this time, us in the old world were basically getting a mix of 80s and current Nick. As stated, my memory of it is pretty patchy but I'm pretty sure this was definitely something that was US-produced and not domestic content for the UK.
