Probably because the complete series DVD set is about to come out.

I got mine off ebay recently for $5. It's a pretty good boxset, and I cannot wait until the complete series comes out on January 20. With all these Powerpuff VHS and DVD releases that I got recently (I got 3 VHS releases shortly before I got the Season 1 set), this looks like it will be a great Powerpuff time for me.
