Just curious. There are some great articles on this site but there are also some major duds. In fact there are some that aren't so much articles as they are forum posts or photo albums. Makes me wonder if the admins will allow just anything to pass as an article and if not just how bad does an article have to be to get rejected?

Any article will get submitted, no matter how poor it is.

How this one isn't on the back page yet, we'll never know:

Maybe someone should make multiple accounts and vote it down. That'll send it to the back page.

Come on now, fake vote spamming shouldn't be done for any article.

I like how now he says he hates the show the picture was supposed to be from. His gambit failed, now he's backtracking. Although if wikipedia is to be believed it actually was a popular and acclaimed show, just unknown in US. Anyway I say let him wallow in his shame this time and hopefully learn from it. Everybody's allowed a mistake here and there.

I guarantee that the "this channel sucks now" articles will still appeal to the newer members when they're not aware of how many are written on that dead horse of a subject in the archives. I guess some common knowledge just can't be dropped.

I remember my 1st article wasn't complete before I accidentally hit the button to submit, and it got published even when I PMed Vertex to reject it.
Another one was rejected because I requested it to be rejected long before it even got to him (most likely).

Well yeah, as long as the writers don't request to have them gone, then you'll know where I'm coming from. Many writers these days don't even proofread before submitting let alone adding pictures properly. They're either cluttered next to each other or unneccesarily huge. Some are even written too short to be called an article. But this is what RetroJunk has come to after I was a lurker.

I had one rejected years back for allegedly being too short (even though someone else submitted a two sentence article). But that was when they didn't have good mods.

By rejected we mean deleted, not in the back pages.
