I watched it for the first time last year, thought it was great. Everything Tim Burton touches is amazing.
I love this movie, I love how the neighborhood had same houses, well everything! I wanna see this again. :D

I watched it again just recently. It's weird that nobody checked the house to find Edward's body at the end. I mean, that teenager died in the house as well. And the house was just at the end of the street.
I'd say Edward is like frankenstein totally misunderstood...

The movie was good. But what I like about the movie is the soundtrack! Danny Elfman is a genius!
Too bad Johnny Depp had to change his tattoo which read "Winona Forever" to "Wino Forever" after they broke up. Actually, "Wino Forever" is better. Yeah, forget that first part of what I said.

Totally agree, the music was perfection. I catch myself humming it sometimes, then I pretend it's snowing and dance around.

it obviously wasn't meant to be a realistic movie.
I first fell in love with tim burton when I saw the pee-wee herman movie back in the 80's when it was new. But I do think that edward sciccorhands is tim's best work. My only complaint is that stupid blond hair they gave wynona...her short black hair in alien 4 is the sex

I liked her with blonde hair in the movie. It made her look innocent and angelic.
Good flick. Tim Burton rules. Johnny Depp is one of my favorite top male actors, though I think this role comes third in my book next to him in What's Eating Gilbert Grape and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I've been a pushover for Winona Ryder since Lucas and think she's still sexy as ever. Shoplifting makes her even sexier.
