The only non-retro show I know of is called "PRetty Guadian Sailor Moon. It was on for only a year." It came out when I was 14 in 2003. It was funny, and had a lot of good acting. Plus, it was much cleaner than the original anime show, because there's no sexuality in it. Also, there's almost no swearing in it. The worst part of it was when I watched an episode where Sailor Jupiter used the f-word. Other than that, no problems whatsoever. Do you know of any short lived non-retro shows that were great?

Wonderfalls. 11 episodes of perfection, and 1 about a totem pole and a sauna
      I love you, Donna Troy.

          Recently, Terriers.

I liked Freaks and Geeks too. I can't think of any other right now, but I know there are many.

Well for non-retro shows I'd say Sheep in the Big City. It aired on Cartoon Network from 2000-2002 and only had 27 episodes.

I think the greatest short lived non-retro show at this point in time has to be Chappelle's show. That's one of the greatest tv shows ever anyways.

"The Days", it was one of the first shows my wife and I started watching together after we moved in together. It ran in the summer of 2004 for only 6 episodes.

Freakazoid should've had more episodes, so should've Detention both on Kids WB.
