Will anyone else be watching this pay per view?

It's shaping up to be a really good one.

Current match card:

Raw's Money in the Bank ladder match:

Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Alex Riley vs. R-Truth vs. The Miz vs. Evan Bourne vs. Jack Swagger

SmackDown's Money in the Bank ladder match:

Kane vs. Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Wade Barrett vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Justin Gabriel vs. Heath Slater vs. Sheamus

Kelly Kelly (c) vs. Brie Bella for the WWE Divas Championship

John Cena (c) vs. CM Punk for the WWE Championship. If Punk "leaves Chicago with the title", Cena will be fired.

Big Show vs. Mark Henry

Randy Orton (c) vs. Christian for the World Heavyweight Championship. If Orton gets disqualified or the referee makes a "bad call", Christian automatically wins the title.

Who do you think will win?

Who do you want to win?

You know, I'm kind of disappointed that they already chose the superstars for the ladder matches without even having the qualifying matches. You used to have earn the right to be in those kind of matches.

I think Del Rio, Sheamus, Kelly Kelly, Mark Henry, Cena, and Christian will win their matches. I think Sheamus will end up cashing in on Christian right after his match.

Who do I want to win? Evan Bourne, Daniel Bryan, Christian, and Punk. The rest of the matches are just snack/bathroom breaks, in my opinion.

I'm just hoping the WWE doesn't screw up the opportunity they have with Punk. I really think he has a chance to be the next Austin-like character, his recent promos have definitely helped to prove this. If he loses clean to Cena, there's no hope. I'd really rather not see him side with McMahon either. I'd love to see Colt Cabana interfere in the match to help Punk win, but there's almost zero chance of that happening.

I was really surprised at how good this PPV was. Daniel Bryan winning the MITB match blew my mind. The main-event was match of the year worthy, in my opinion. For the first time in what seems like forever, the WWE actually has an intriguing story going.

I think I've only seen one ppv tv show in my life, and it was wrestling. Although years back all the ppv or premium channels used to be on this one channel that was all grainy and distorted, but you could still hear sound. I remember watching a Tyson fight on it. :P

I was slamming WWE after they botched WM, but I have to give credit where it's due. This was one of the best PPVs I've seen. The build up was tremendous, most of the matches were tremendous and Punk and Cena really put on a show. The electric atmosphere in that Chicago crowd helped too, wish more WWE crowds were like that these days.

Raw is going to be real interesting tonight. From what I've read Punk is supposed to be on the show so the only thing I hope is WWE doesn't cheapen what happened by having Punk drop the belt in some way. They did the right thing putting the belt on him at MITB, now let him take the ball and run with it.

As far as Mr. McMahon firing John Cena, I'm sure it will be temporary, because John Cena is supposed to face The Rock at next year's Wrestlemania!

It will be very temporary. Remember when he was "Fired" by the Nexus last year?

I fully expect John Cena's "firing" to last all of 10 minutes.

Cena might be "fired" for a few week to film a movie or rehab injuries. I'm really mad I missed the PPV it looked very good and seems I was right.
I wanted Punk, Orton, Sheamus, Kofi and Henry. Cant wait for Raw in 30 min!

I doubt it. If Punk does decide to return it wont be for awhile. Hes worked the last 5 years and wants time off.

Yeah, in that GQ interview he basically said he wants at least 3 months off. That might actually benefit WWE. They can build HHH taking over a bit, they'll probably keep pushing Del Rio and they can go on pretending Punk doesn't exist all the while it will be in the back of fans' minds who the real champion is. I'm guessing we'll hear plenty of CM Punk chants over the next few months keeping that storyline hot. He had choice words about HHH so when he does return I'd expect those two to feud.

Of course, it seems there is still the very real possibility that Punk actually is gone. If that's true, I give McMahon a ton of credit for having the guts to do something I never thought he'd do which is give away a belt with a 50-year history just because it's what the fans wanted to see. I always respected him for what he did in the past but the last five years or so I've felt Vince and creative were out of touch and frankly didn't care about the fans anymore. If infact he gave a belt away to a guy he knew was gone, well I admit I was completely wrong and I'll have even more respect for him than I once did.

There have been rumors and reports floating around that CM Punk has indeed sign back with the company. It's just that he's going to take some time off to chill out and relax as this whole storyline plays out.

Because I mean come on. Of COURSE the WWE title belt is going to show back up on Raw eventually. Like you said, Oldschoolgamer, last night was Vince's desperate last ditch effort to save face by going "Uhhh uhhhh SCREW CM PUNK IMMA HAVE A NEWWWW CHAMPION! Even tho I dont got no championship....BUT WATEVA!" But CM Punk is holding the cards here, hence why Vinny lost his job and why HHH is probably going to try anything to persuade Punk back on Raw and get the title back.

As long as the CM Punk chants keep happening and the WWE runs with the whole trying to save face in the wake of being PWN'D by him, this will continue to be the best thing to happen to the company in a long time.
