I've been fallowing this for a few years now, since around 03 was when I first heard about it as it happen when I was a kid. And since it originaly happened when many of us here were kids it just seemed right to post this.

It's about time.

Its about time, but they never should have had to admit guilt to anything. I've been following this on and off since around 1997. The new DNA evidence should have helped. But then again, its the American justice system.

I can't believe how this case was handled, not just for the sake of the accused, but for those poor little kids. I think it's obvious that we had a case of negligent child abuse from not just Terry Hobbs, but probably a whole group of close friends who hid this and kept it undercover. Why were the police so insistent on accusing those 3 teens? More than anyone else? Abuse on the part of the step fathers sounds much more likely, child abuse is a hidden epidemic in this country. We often don't find out about it until it's much too late.

I don't believe the West Memphis 3 or the victims and their families will ever see justice until the real killers are at tried for murder.
