His latest project is favouritenumber.net, an internation survey of people's favorite numbers and why. Since going active in May 2011, the site has received thousands of responses. Alex will keep the site open until September/October, maybe.
According to Alex, "as well as asking people to give their favourite number and describe why they chose it, I also ask where they are from and their age and gender".

Interesting. I love statistics, so I participated. I put my favorite number as 4. Seems to be a lucky number for me. Oh damn! I totally forgot that I was married on 4/24. That would have been cool to mention. Didn't think of it.
