my favorite is the Evil Dead trilogy followed by the first couple Puppet Master Movies. It could not be Halloween without wathcing Halloween of course and also Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th.

My Favorite John Carpenter Horror flick is "Prince Of Darkness". Man the first time I saw that movie it scared the hell out of me. The is this tall dark figure standing in the doorway of a church with it's arms streched out with lights comming from behind it. It's a Scary movie. Vampires wasn't bad either. Big trouble, though with Jack burton is probly Carpenter's best movie but I don't consider it to be a horror flick.
