Need help hunting down Character - Forum Topic

Hi Retro Junkies. Im in search of what character this is a picture of.

I was told it was from the Mysterious City of Gold but I cant seem to find it. I know its a long shot but figured it was worth a try here. This is pic from a Cel from what we believe was a D.I.C. cartoon but the labels came off saying the name so we have no clue. Any help or thought will be greatly appreciated.
