I'm so excited! This is certainly going on my Christmas list! It's going to have tons of cool extras and it's the complete series! About time!

I think it's region 1. But anyways, this was one of my favorite Saturday Morning cartoons ever. I had every episode on tape but lost it. I just can't wait.

      I don't remember too well, I haven't seen D+D in years.

I hope it does not use the saban version intro and outro like it did on Fox Kids and Jetix, I want the original intros (and perhaps maybe even the "Today on Dungeons and Dragons" segment)

The series was released over a year ago in the UK. If they use the same prints, everyone going to be happy.

It was always a toss up between D&D and real ghostbusters for favourite cartoon status to me. If this doesn't come available on region 2 I may just have to have to import it. So far the only thing I have deemed worthy of importing is my beloved Space: above and beyond box set but this may make the grade.

            Nostalgia overload. Thanks.

You Brits get all the good stuff on DVD.

Yeah, the Americans never get the good shows. We always have to wait. I just might move to the UK not only that, better TV.

Am I right in my remembrance that they never made it home?
I am a big lover of closure so this screwed up series such as Quantum leap and Sliders for me. Was D&D one of the first of these? Thinking back to D&D gives me a melancholy feeling so I suspect this was the case.

Sliders was screwed up way before it finished. :P

And as for QL, I think the fact that Sam never made it home is the best possible ending. It would have been too cheap and schmaltzy if he had. That final episode was actually supposed to be the springboard for the next season, but the show wasn't renewed. I wonder if he would've made it home if the show had gone on...

My parents were superstitious fundamentalists so I was forbidden to watch that show :(
