Aren't most American cartoons animated in Korea anyway?

Some of these I wouldn't call rip-offs.
The "Batman" one has no real resemblance to Batman beyond spandex and a cape, and from the intro he has several super powers beyond just gadgets. Its not Batman, its just a generic superhero show.

The "Dragonball Z" one isn't a rip off either, as the Tale of the Monkey King is thousands of years old, and there have been animated versions of it made since animation was invented.

Some of them are clearly knockoffs, like Wonder Woman and the Hulk, but not all of them are.
