Hi,

I’ve just replaced my old PS3 with a new one (to me) anyway after sorting out the whole deactivating my songs with my old PS3 I can now download my songs again... however one will not download and another that I purchased today out of 10 will not download (even though the rest did). Both come up with the same response... video fails on the preview and then it says cannot connect to SingStar server. Tried connecting via my phone’s internet like someone suggested on here but that didn’t work. Didn’t think it would seen as the other songs downloaded with no issues. Do I just wait for a few days and then try again?

Please help.
