I love Pee Wee's Playhouse's use of special effects, puppets, stopm motion, and public domanin cartoons. Another thing I admire are the dance sequences that occur in many different episodes. This sequences feature a super imposed Pee Wee and/or other characters dancing in front of a film of dancers from the 20's, 60's, and other decades. I'm inspired to create my own version of the Pee Wee dance sequence. However I am having trouble finding where these dance sequences come from. Where can I get videos of short dressed girls dancing in strobe lighted 60's studios and such?

why don't you look for "70's dance stock footage" Stock being the keyword...or PD (public domain).

I'm a fan of Pee-Wee's Playhouse too. I love the scenes where he goes to play connect the dots. I always wanted to know how he got in that computer thingy........
