There was a really unintentionally hilarious fireworks PIF that used to be on TV Ark; I think it's on YouTube but I can't find it. Anyway it starts out with someone lighting a firework, then a close-up of a mannequin's face, it cuts to close-ups of some other kid's faces, then the firework explodes and we cut back to the mannequin's face and its got a black ring around its eye from the explosion. It ends with some annoying british kid screaming "DON'T BE A DUMMY! DON'T THROW FIREWORKS!"

It starts out kinda subtle and creepy but the kid screaming at the end makes you forget about how scary the PIF was once it started out. Seriously, what? Why the hell was he screaming at us?
