Here's something fun for all of you!

What movie or movies, best reflects your life. I'm talking about movies that you can closely relate to.

Me, anything that starred John Cussack in the 80's or 90's.
From Better Off Dead to Gross Point Blank.

From there, I hope you can get the picture. If you want an explanation why I chose those movies, just ask. It's funny...

But I'd rather hear what movies reflects you guys! Give it some thought, let's have fun with this!

Later!

    The Breakfast Club (1985)

Although I've never been in detention before, I understand that feeling of inner turmoil that those kids went through.

I forget the name of this one movie I saw in eighth grade, but it was about an 18 year old boy named Jimmy who was so depressed (the makers of this film really get to the root of his depression) that he had actually committed suicide. I've never attempted to do so, but I used to be depressed a lot in junior high and high school and contemplated suicide at times, it wasn't until I realized that I have no idea what pain really is about. I've never seen a third world country or the slums of this one.
I feel very damn proud to be the person I am now. I have a bright future ahead of me. I have not even seen the entire world.

Donnie Darko. The behavioral problems and unknowing where he fit in life hit so close to home. His character is actually the only one that I can actually identify with because of the emotional and behavioral problems. Its actually eerie.

Carrie - for the raw and emotional turmoil of child abuse and revenge. It was also when I developed an interest in parapsychology and paranormal abilities. I have a pewter Carrie necklace I wear alot as rememberance of what it meant to me and to express how it can mean something else.

The Dude and i seem to share a few personality traits, bad habits and generally lazy lifestyle.

Pump Up The Volume. I wanted to be Hard Harry when I was in eighth grade. And, I did spend my lunch periods in a hallway reading a book.
