The Bears??? Theres no way you can get through the playoffs with a QB who consistently puts up a 4.5 QB rating. And its simply too late to switch to Griese. Funny how Orton (Go Boilers!) got ripped a new one last year, and he actually played better than Grossman this year.

Colts lack of defense in certain areas is going to hurt them.
I dont think the Seahawks have enough to make it. Although when they dont, people will more than likely blame the officials. Same for Eagles and Pats.

That win Seattle had was a miracle. It would be nice if we made it back to the superbowl but I don't think that is going to happen anytime soon.

I'm with ya....Dallas gave that game to 'em. I just hope the Pats don't win again....then I'd have to hear it AGAIN from my coworker from Boston.

Wow...the Romo botched snap was remeniscent of the snap that helped my Niners in the 2002 playoffs against the Giants. Speaking of which the resurgent Niners should be good enough to win the West next year so we wont have to watch the mediocre Seahawks in the playoffs again.
Other than that game, Round 1 was pretty predictable. For the Conference Playoffs, I think the Chargers will beat the Ravens. And the Saints will beat the Bears. Saints and Chargers. Chargers should go all the way this year. LT's unstoppable.

The Ravens got the Chargers once already this year, but I think the playoffs will be different. It all rests on how Rivers plays. He ended the season in a rut, which is worrying. If only on top of the MVP and OPOY they had the number two Offensive Player of the Year...... oh wait they did and got rid of him. Brees is lord.
The Bears will choke. How long can you rely on one special teams player- Hester? The Saints have a great shot. From number two pick in the draft to Super Bowl? I think so.

EVIL question! Hahaha, dude, I'm torn. Brees did so much for my university, I even got to go the Rose Bowl for only the second time in school history. And yet I'm a Charger supporter. WIll I take the cop out and say I can't lose either way? Yes, I think I will :D

I'm with you and Nacht both.....a Saints/Chargers game would be outstanding. I have no clue who I'd go for in that.......I'm thinkin' the Saints.

Looks like we're all fooked for the superbowl. Unless, of course, the Seahawks make it back into the fold...then I'll be the only one disappointed by their loss!
I think that the Seahawks won't be able to make it past Da Bears, there is no way in hell. If the Bears play their short passes game, then they should be fine, but if they try and throw 30 Yard passes they will be screwed i.e. Bears Vs. Vikings.
In the AFC, it will be the Chargers that come out on top, they are way too good to loose it all in the second round and shall get there (The Super Bowl)

The Bears will rely on their Defence, and if the Defence holds strong, and Rex isn't a bitch and try to throw like 50 yard passes. He is a good short-ball QB.
And the Chargers will (obviously) rely on LT and their dominating Offence to carry them. If the Bears shut down their Offence, then the Bears shall come out on top.

There is still plenty of football to go until the superbowl and a lot of things can happen.
For all we know it could be the Patriots vs the seahawks in the bowl this year..
20 years ago the Bears had an average quarterback and they won the Superbowl. McMahon was no prize.
Yeah, and although he didnt score that game, they had a little player known as Sweetness. I agree, McMahon was a tool, but Walter is a pretty decent diversion for a quarterback to have. I don't think the Bears can make it past the NFC Champ game.
