I just want to know what time you guys wake up in the morning and what time you go to sleep each night.
Basically when I am ready to sleep, I turn off the computer, take a long shower, read and go to sleep in my dark bedroom with the night light on. The time depends when I get finished. I try to wake up at the same time (7:50 AM EST) every day.

I go to bed around 4 am and wake up around 10:30 am. I leave for work around 11:40. If I'm off I'll sleep in till around noon. I don't need as much sleep as I used to.

Well, this weekend turned out to be a flop for me, sleep wise. I failed to both go to bed on time and wake up to my alarm on time. Hopefully I can fix it before the week starts again. Wish me luck.

How about, when you were younger in the 70s-early 00s?
I stayed up sometimes until 6 am during the summer and would sleep until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. My parents would sometimes wake up and whisper yell at me to get to bed. During the school year around 10 or 11 (later as I got older). I always though it was odd how some kids had to go to bed at 8 pm. In middle school the bus didn't come until around 8 am, so I didn't have to get up too early. In high school I had to leave the house around 7 am because school to started at 7:20. I was always late. In high school I got very little sleep.

i don't necessarily wake up. i have a recurring problem with nostril cloggage so i'll probably wake from sleep around 4am and not be able to get back to sleep because of it

Flonase is your best friend. Talk to your doctor. It's worked well for me.

I've been falling asleep around 1am and getting up around 9 lately. It's kinda nice, actually, because my sleep schedule got really off for a while. I was either sleeping too much or too little and couldn't fall asleep before 4am.
My problem is I'm just as busy on weekends as I am during the week, so on a less busy day like today I take the opportunity to sleep in.
I can't wait to go back to work.
