Excuse me, I'm not up on my technological breakthroughs and such. Do they make multi disc changers for DVDs? I had the greatest idea come to me in the shower. A multi dvd disc player that in all senses lets you great the ultimate televison network specified by you. The system in itself would have a repeat and shuffle function for dvds with multiple programs so you could set each dvd to play at a specific time one never running back to back programs of the same. It would essentially be a custome television network. You could ruun Gummi Bears back to back with ThunderCats, followed by Voltron or Airwolf next Charles In Charge... I just had to make a thread about my idea before it slipped away...
They do make DVD recorders now that have harddrives in them. I have never used one before, but there must be a way to rip DVD's onto the harddrive for storage. On some of them, you can also record programs from the TV like a PVR does.
