Yeah. Disney could sue them. Dunno why Hong Kong was chosen for a theme park though.

Probably because of the tourism.
they should have a disney land the kids should at lest get the chance to see minnie and mickey but dont call them cats get the costumes right and DONT RIPOFF DISNEY!!!

It seems pretty half-assed, but it was all probably done at about 5% of the cost of any legitimate Disney park.
If Walt Disney weren't already so busy spinning in his grave like a supercharged rotisserie, this would probably be enough to make him come back from the dead and eat someone's brains.
