This Hotel Heiress will check into the LA County jail in June to stay for 45 days. I had a feelin' eventually one day her actions would land her in jail - it was gonna happen sometime in her life.

Iam glad cause shes noone special that she shouldn't have to go to jail when she messes up, watch it be like the simple life she has a list of shit to do and she half asses each chore..or she gets some special treatment..This is probably somthing like how the news went down lol...

please that girl is dumber then a bag of nails..she wont learn anything, shes been in trouble with the law a few times, u'd think she'd learn the first time not to do whatever she did again or anything worse, just only now is she being "punished " for it.
I'm looking forward to the news reports of her getting beat up in jail.
I like the fact that she's going to jail. No, I don't have a vendetta against her, I just like the fact that they're showing that just because one is rich or famous, doesn't mean that that person isn't above the law. I heard her say something along the lines that she felt that it was unfair that she was sentenced and such. She did what she did, and deserves to be punished for it. It's not like this was a first offense for her.
As for learning her lesson, if jail is made very unpleasant for her, since we as humans prefer to be comfortable, I'm pretty sure she will learn her lesson. If the experience is a "walk in the park", then no. It'll be like those stars that go to rehab, get out, and do the same stuff again, like Lindsay Lohan. As long as the jail isn't some big luxury hotel or mansion where she has to do everything on her own, I honestly couldn't see her not learning her lesson.

For her to state that her sentence is "unwarrated" "cruel" and that she "does not deserve this" says it all.She thinks she is above the law because of her fame and wealth.The fact is she was caught twice for driving on a suspended liscense and didn't enroll in a court ordered alcohol awareness class and showed up 18 minutes late for her court apperance.If it were any of us "commoners" it would have been the same punishment if not more harsh.She definately deserves this but i don't think she will learn anything.She will always be a spoiled little brat who could care less about anyone or anything else but herself.What a joke of a sad excuse for a human being to think she is above anyone else.Sad thing is many young girls see her as a role model or admire her.Hopefully this will teach a lesson to the people who put her on a pedastal,rich spoiled whores go to jail too!

First off I cant believe someone would say something on here that is so biggertry. That was uncalled for in this form. If it was made as a joke or being sarcastic it was rude and insulting.
Second off Pairs is trying to get appeals her conviction who knows maybe she will get her own way. Everyone knows that if she does go she will be in a private cell of her own and away from the convicts. Mostly all of them will never even see her. Plus she probably will have her own guard around her I bet the hiltons will make sure of this. If they really wanted to punish her they should boycott her everywere (pairs not allowed at party, movie premire etc) She cant shop, have any credit card, she cant see her animals, no cell phone, no alcohol, ciggies, pictures, videos or any eletric device plus she has to live in landcaster pa.
