I was watching tv on KBEH and they were showing the Nick version of Doug for the e/i requirements. I don't know if they broadcast it in other cities, but it might be out there.

It looks like an MTV Tres affiliate...I didn't know the channel would air on broadcast networks, but I guess so!

If this is MTV, it would make sense they would air Doug...since Nick and MTV are sister channels, pretty much...same company Viacom.
Was it in Spanish?

That's cool to hear at least I can only watch Doug by episode I recorded whenit was on Nicktoons.

It seems like that station only broadcasts in California.
I saw it yesterday on the 13th at 7:30 AM. I woke up late today so I didn't see if it was on or not. I'll try and check tomorrow.
