Imo, both shows were boring (I don't know about comic books) and I only saw about five episodes of BB and one episode of S-M: U so I don't know who would win a fight. Spider-Man is my favorite superhero, though.

Spiderman would beat the bat ears off of Batman.

Why?

Spiderman is a superhuman with mutated powers. Batman is a normal human with martial arts training and a padded suit.

This is how it goes down. Batman is driving around in his Batmobile and suddenly gets stopped by a huge web across his windshield. He steps out and Spiderman catches him in a web, strings him up by his Bat-tights and lets him have it...BOOM! POW! BIFF! KERPLUNK!

Batman Beyond was five times the show that SMU was IMHO, so there's my answer.

Has anyone ever seen how Batman deals with people with super-powers? He always has a counter-measure. "Beyond" may not be the original Batman, but he's got Bruce Wayne for tech support and advisor supreme so my edge goes to Batman Beyond.

Peter Parker, a.k.a. Spiderman, is a tech genius compared to Bruce Wayne. Spiderman has both Brains and Braun. Plus, he has his "Spider Sense", so he would know if Batman was up to something.

Like I said before about Batman...BOOM!, POW! KERPLUNK! Game Over!

Bruce "Batman" Wayne would be beggin for the Joker to come back.
