I tend to pack it all away (decorations, music, movies, etc) within a few days after Christmas, but I also start listening to it right around Thanksgiving. Some people don't really get into the mood of the holiday until like Christmas eve and like to listen to the music and keep the decorations up until like the 12th of January.
We got rid of cable back in July, thinking we could stick to neftlix and hulu for tv. This would have worked great except the cheaper internet company we switched to SUCKS and is super slow, so if one person is watching netflix, hulu will start and stop and then just stop..with the old cable/net company we never had that issue so we are getting it back with the tax return.
Anyway, LOL I wasn't able to watch ALL of my favorite Christmas tv movies since we didn't have cable. A Christmas story wasn't on netflix and Ebbie (a christmas carol version with Susan Lucci normally on lifetime for women) wasn't either. Neither were on youtube. Also, one year Emmit Otter was on youtube but he no longer is. So right now I've got a bunch of CHristmas movies in my wish list on itunes that I plan on buying when we get our tax return so we'll have them to watch next year lol
