I like a lot of different styles, my "dislike" list is shorter. I dislike gangster rap, mariachi and happy hardcore. :P

I mainly listen to pop/rock. I like some techno, however, its not my favourite. I hate rap and that, because, its more just cursing into a microphone and no singing.
I mainly listen to 90's rock, however, some ok stuff comes out here and then.

Well, im not one of his annoying fan girls. I just think he makes the best music ever. I dont think hes ugly, he is a nice looking man. He DOES look feminine sometimes, but thats awesome,I love how hes unisex.

One thing I love about Akino Arai is how she answers fan letters...all of them. I'm still working on one. I know she's fluent in English and a bit of French, but I'd like to write in Japanese. That's why I'm still taking forever with it due to my lack of grammar skills. ^^;
Getting back on topic, someone like Gackt (who does primarily rock) or even m.o.v.e or DREAMS COME TRUE (and yes, they do great concerts), really get into it, gets the audience involved and tries to make it fun. MAXIMUM THE HORMONE is interesting too. I saw a clip from one of their concerts and it looked fun (now my cousin likes this group; it's a J-metal band).

I find his voice nice and sexy. I even prefer the "Gackt era" when it comes to Malice Mizer. As for my cousin, he likes his actual music fine, but dislikes it when he does that shaky voice thing when he holds out a note. The only thing that pops into mind at the moment is Lu:na, and how he does that at the part where he says, "Itami yo------".NickRulesI dont understand how anyone can dislike his voice. Like with Rock and stuff, live seems more interesting because the artist or group really seems to get into it. Now an artist like say...Rie fu or Akino Arai, as much as I love their music and their voices and music compositions, with the type of music they do, it wouldn't be very exciting to watch them live. The only thing I'd be interested in, would be their actual voices and how well they sound doing something live. Akino Arai, she sounds very nice live. She never seems to miss a note. I love when Gackt does that shaky note thing! lol. I know shit about Japanese music. Ive heard a few songs from Miyavi which are cool...and L'arc~en~ciel, thats about it.
Oooo and Malice Mizer, they are cool. Gackt didnt fit well into there though, in my opinion the new guy, Khala does a way better job.
Its completely random that I like Gackt, I dont like Japan in general, I dont know the language, I dont like anime, or japanese music that much, but I find Gackt to be the best singer out there.
I dislike anything that isn't neo-goth synth post-punk popcore. That's the only genre I listen to.
