Excuse me, but what's the bumper seen before every movie in a movie theater?

Here's an example: The bumper is about a wizard. It's also about a man being turned into a frog and the woman kissing the man/frog and turing into a frog, too.

                  Well, not necessarily. A bumper is more like... well, have you seen the Nick and CN bumpers on this site? Those're bumpers.
