How can this team call themselves New York when they play in the state of New Jersey? That's why I'm a Buffalo Bills fan. Sure they're practically in Canada, but at least they play within the state of New York.
Go Patriots, I guess. It would be nice to see a team go undefeated and win the Superbowl at least once in my life. Then I can go back to despising them next year.

how can any respectable Bills fan cheer for a New England Putrid-Idiots vicotory in any game let alone the SuperBowl?? now, i agree with your assesment about the Giants as not being a NY team but to route for the Cheatriots over them for that is a bit weak don't ya think. now, i despise the Dolphins and their perfect season of 72 they always brag about and i want another team to get a perfect season to shut them up......BUT NOT NOW OR EVERRRRR......will i route for New England.

I'm a hardcore Bills fan, but I also respect the Patriots for what they've done. They were caught in what...week one? What they did was wrong, but they've won every game since then. They are a great team.
Pretty much the main reason I'm rooting for New England is because I live in Brooklyn. That means the majority of my friends are Giants fans and none are Patriots fans. If the Giants win I won't have to hear it from them.

How do you really feel? There's no point in being bitter that New York sports teams all suck at the moment and Boston is on top. Go Pats!! Go Celts!! Go Sox!!
Ok I'm somebody who actually lives in NY. Giants stadium is only across the bridge from NY. So it's practically in NY. It's almost in walking distance.
The Washington Redskins play in Maryland.

I remember the last time I went to New York, I was staying in a motel in Jersey and saw the Giants' stadium. I was like, "Why aren't they the New Jersey Giants"?
Anyway, I'm rooting for the Patriots. I was pulling for Greenbay, but now that they're out...I'd like to see if the Pats can finish a perfect season.
The Detroit Pistons don't actually play in Detroit, either.
The Detroit Lions used to play in Pontiac. Before the Rams moved they were known as LA Rams but they played in Anaheim. Alot of pro teams actualy play in suburbs of there cities
