Did anyone else have a snow day today? Surprisingly, I did, since my school closed!

I have rarely ever gotten a snow day off in the last couple of years (I NEVER got a snow day in high school), so I have been enjoying every moment of it.

I shoveled the driveway for my Mom and used the snow off the driveway to make a big hill. I then went "sledding" on this hill for about an hour. I have not went sledding in years, so it was SO MUCH FUN!

Then I made a snow angel in my backyard. I swear our yard got at least SEVEN INCHES of snow!

After that, I made a snow man - no, it was actually a snow lady. Then I got a bit cold in the fingers and toes and so went inside to take a hot shower.

But you know what was the best part about today? I fell in love with snow again. Every day of these past two months (almost) I have dreaded driving and going to school in the snow (and the cold temperatures that accompany snow), but the fun I had today made me go back to almost being a kid again, having fun in the snow! I was so happy. I could get sick, sure, but I have the weekend to recuperate!

So if you all had a snow day, tell me what you did, or tell me how snow days were for you when you were a kid.

SNOW DAY!!!!!! :D

I had a snow day today. :D Basically, all I did was sleep in until noon, eat my lunch, play Guitar Hero 3, then go on the computer. It's been a good day. ^_^

When I lived in a dormatory, a snow day meant one thing: Stockpile all the booze you can and the whole building drinks together for the day.

Snow day? We need ALOT of snow to close down school here. but oddly enough if there is even a tiny bit of ice on the road they'll cancel school buses.

Here where I live, any snow that hits they have to panic. We've already seen some freezing rain a few weeks ago.
