just saw the comercial, and i have to say i want to see it

Its classic Jack Black. That and Mos Def really cracks me up. He's a damn good actor.

Nope, it's a very original and promising comedy about a guy that accidently erases all the tapes in his best friend's video store and decides to make their own versions of the movies to satisfy the costumers. I loved it how Jack Black was trying his impression of the "Ghostbusters" theme song.
Michel Gondry is one of the most underrated directors out there.. his movies kick ass and his music videos are my favorite.. ever seen his Bjork videos?? his talent blended with Bjorks musical genius?? FUCKING CLASSIC!!!!
Actually, that DOES sound like fun. I don't normally give a crap about modern movies, but this flick sounds promising if they play their cards right. It could be the next "Stay Tuned."

holy crap, i completely forgot about that movie!! the "Different Strokes" scene had me dying laughing!!

I like most of Jack Black's stuff and I've the seen the ads for this movie a few times, it looks like a lot of fun and I like the premise too.

The Robocop scene had me dying.
It looks really funny. I had to get over my disapointment though because we were getting ready to fast forward through the previews on the dvd and all I saw was Jack Black holding something that said ghostbusters and got a little to excited, thinking it was a preview for a new ghostbusters, I was like STOP!!. because I remembered someone saying they heard Jack Black was going to be in a remake of the movie. Then we rewound it and watched and i was like "ohh...whoops..hehe" Then I thought about and realized DUhhhh..if it was a new ghostbusters, there would have been mad talk about it everywhere.

Mos Def's character still has VHS tapes. Jack Black has some thing going on with his brain or something. Been a while since I saw the full trailer.

It looks pretty good. Nice premise esp with old vhs tapes. :)

Clerks is just Kevin Smith's bloated bullcrap.
