if you want to tolerate the first 5 seconds here it is
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lt6o8NlrbHg

If you cant here is the first lyrics to it

You're way too beautiful girl
That's why it will never work
You'll have me suicidal, suicidal
When you say it's over
Damn all these beautiful girls
They only wanna do you dirt
They'll have you suicidal, suicidal
When they say it's over

It's pop, that's what it is.

It is quite offensive to my ears. Did they "digitize" his voice a little, like what was popular about 8 years ago? (Like in Cher's "do you believe in life after love"). Anyway, that is a lame song all around.
      GHITI is pronounced "fish".

That voice reverb effect is getting thrashed to death in Japan. Most of the Top 10 songs here have that effect now. Everything old is new again...

Yeah I remember that! I Thought that her voice was cracking so bad It was annoying!! i had to either cover my ears or Quickly change to another station. it just shows you how technolgy can be used Right or Wrong.

As for this one, they just took a good song and ruined it with what ever the F*** that is.

Now here's a better version of that same melody.

                  Yeah, that song is bad.

Me Love sucks too. You do NOT use Led Zepplin songs in your shitty rap/reggae music. It's blasphemy to do so.

I personally dont care for that song, but look at the music from the 60s they had some super weird lyrics.

That song is awful, I hope everybody who's still around that played on the original Stand by Me single got royalty checks because Beautiful Girls pretty much uses the entire backing track from it.

Oh, so THOSE are the lyrics. MTV censors the words "suicidal, suicidal" when they show the video. Made me scratch my head and wonder what he said in the chorus that could possibly be so bad.

Never was impressed with the track, though. Ben E. King's "Stand by Me" was much better.

I think that they changed the words to "in denial" on most radio stations for obvious reasons.

Anyway, yes, that did come out last summer, yes, it's a piece of crud and, unfortunately, it's an addictive piece of crud that still turns up on my MP3 player from time to time.

I don't care for that one either but I have to admit that "Shorty I can take you there" has a catchy beat to it. I try and hate it but I just can't LOL

If you want to bring back something "old", how about we hear more organs! Man, organs were all the rage in rock in the late 60's- early 70's. That's a comeback I am waiting for!

Agreed, I'd love to hear more real Hammond and Farsifa organs (not sampled ones) in music. Hammonds especially have a really powerful sound. Yes used one on their 2001 tour when Tom Brislin was on keys and the Allman Brothers had two on stage when I saw them a few years back.
