Just recently I remember a retro anime show about a little marching band girl who has a cloud as a best friend and is accompanied by a drummer boy and other creatures who altogether form a marching band or something like that. Does anyone here know the name of that anime, or has anyone ever seen this cartoon before? Please let em know ASAP. :!:
