Okay did anyone ever live by, or currently lives by, a weird and/or creepy neighbor?
I had a pedophile living across the street from me in my house growing up. He never bothered anyone as far as I know, but I'm just glad a busy road/highway seperated him from me. Everyday he had these girls going in and out his house (They looked of age, but who knows, they could've been 14 for all I knew...)
I currently live across the way from a really weird old man. He keeps to himself though, but he's just weird. He keeps his blinds wide open (and I had the unfortunate experience to see him walking around in his underwear once...*shudders*) and he has stacks of newspapers all in his apartment, brings in garbage bags full of who knows what into his apartment, and mumbles to himself about things. He also types on what sounds like an old fashioned typewriter at 3:00 in the morning (I can hear it in the hallway, that how I know.)

The house next door is only inhabited by an old black woman who is a principal at an elementary school, she's really friendly. However, she has these younger people over all the time (relatives?) that are always loud and obnoxious, obscuring our house by parking their cars in front of it, and they make her house smell like pot.

before i moved back here in chesapeake, i was in ohio, and i lived in one of the most depressing mobile home places ever. i had black friends and ONLY black friends. one of my friends had a crack addicted mom with a cracked voice, so i avoided going to his house for the remainder of living in the mobile home park
When I lived at home for awhile, across the road lived a guy we called Junky John. He had all these animal running loose. Everyone was tired of his chickens in their yard. He junk laying everywhere. He was a meth head.

In the neighborhood I grew up in, down the street there were two old women who lived together. I think they were sisters. The point is, everyone thought they knew voodoo or something and said to never mess with them. I guess I'll never know if they were witches or not. :(
I live next door to these people until, well they got evicted but I think they were drug dealers because in the mornings or in the afternoons during school these teenagers would come knock on the windows. Oh and they would place various items on the yard like, bed, couch, tire, trash, you name it!

He feeds them cow faces, and they eat all of it. Even the horns.
He's always out in his front yard smoking cigars and spraying his gorillas with the hose. He usually drinks Wild Chicken while he's out there.
He barely wears any clothes. Just some Nintendo pajama pants. When anyone complains about him or his gorillas, he calls us all Xbox fanboys.

My next door neighbors give me the creeps because they only like white Christian people. When I moved into my house they had a welcoming party..and did not invite the black family living directly behind me...what jerks.

poor bomber man got band once more.
No creepy or weird folks in my neighborhood unless you count unemployed people. Then I've got lots.

I had this old guy named something Binder. Can't think of his first name now. Anyway, his house was all run down, big field in the front of his house, rusty chainlink fence. The whole stereotyped image of a loner. He was a widower. Rumor had it, he killed his wife. All the neighborhood kids were scared to death of him. Turns out he was just a nice old man living on a pension check. After he died, the family his property to the city. Theres new houses on the property.
There was this old guy that used to live near me and when ever he would drive past my house at like two mph and just stare at my house or at me if i was outside. He was a little creepy but I think he was just the typical nosy old person
I have been lucky with neighbors, they are pretty nice. My only complant though is one of our neighbors has like 9 dogs :shock:
I haven't had this problem yet, but before I was born my parents had these neighbors who were really odd. My mom said she would say hi to the young girl as she walked to the mail box and the girl wouldn't acknowlege her at all, but would stare straight ahead like in a trance.
The dad didn't like my parents cats either because they would go over into his yard. She thinks he took them and dropped them off somewhere, or otherwise. o_O
When the neighbors moved out the people who moved in afterwards told us there were steak knives in the wall in one of the bedrooms. Nice family. -_-;

I had a neighbor that had 40 cats. She smelled like cat piss and turds.
There was this old man next to our school that the kids called "Mr. Friendly." He would put up No Trespassingsigns all around his yard and once when someone hit a football over there, one kid rushed in to get it and then hopped the fence back to the playground, spending no more than 5 seconds in the guy's lawn. He immediately barges out of the door and points to the signs.
"CAN YOU READ THAT? DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT SAYS? NO TRESPASSING!"

I call my neighbor 'Boo Radley' because he NEVER comes out of his house. I've seen people over there, working on his car and stuff, but I never see my neighbor himself...I think I saw him ONCE, when I was like, 5 or so. His backyard is full of random junk, he has a cat that wanders around the neighborhood, and I think once he was outside mowing his lawn when it was dark out. :?

There's a house across the street, we're not sure, but we think it may be a crackhouse, like, different people are going in and out, and I happened to see the inside of it one year when I went trick or treating and I went there, and it's pretty messed up inside.
