The only I like better, is maybe some of the fashion. With the exception of the early 90's, it was pretty bland decade for fashion.

Well, high-speed internet is certainly an asset. Also, because of Harry Potter, the fantasy genre (my favorite book genre) has gotten a lot more attention in the last few years and produced some great titles.

Because people who grew up in the 1990s have way more spare time to be on here.

The year 2000 is outstanding, and forums became popular. There's more I like about this decade, maybe I'll post them later.

I would have to say DVDs. Yeah, they came out in the late 90's, but hardly anybody owned them back than...and there were very few titles to choose from. Now, not only can you get pretty much any movie you can think of on DVD, but just about any television show too...including lots of classic cartoons. It sucks that so many of these shows are no longer on TV, but I love the fact that you can buy complete series on DVD and watch them whenever you want. That's definitley an advantage this decade has over the 90's.

Hmm, I guess some of the technology and the fact that I have more friends in the '00s than I did in the '90s.
