How many girls past and present were named Cathy (diminutive of Catherine or Cathleen) after that of the Chatty Cathy doll line made by Mattel from 1959-1965 and 1969-1971?

If so, please state whether or not each Cathy bears the real name of Catherine or Cathleen.
