I was just reading some of the user fourms and that part must be new cause i dont remember this site having that before...most of them are breaking the fourm rules (rules)
at least for the official fourms do the user fourms have there own rules that can by pass the official rules ?...if so thats new too...wow alot has changed here ...how do you make a user fourm ? is that open to all members to make one ?

The User Forums are relatively new. Some of them have their own rules but all follow the main ones.

To make a user forum you must have at least 500 posts. And yea it's open to all members to make one s'long as they fit that criteria.
