i'm not saying to only make it available at a certain time.. im just saying say a standard time so users will know when other ppl will be in chat

I dont think so.
I remember making threads about "live chat parties", but that was only so people would enter live chat at that exact moment. I never went all out and tried to schedule times for people to go, lmao.
