i been wondering about this for sometime... In the Dark Knight, when the Joker shows up at the pool hall and puts the knife in Michael Jai Whites mouth, and does the whole "Why so serious?" bit, he turns to Jais guys and talks about agressive expansion, and all that... what does he mean by that? I been trying to figure what he means by that whole thing when he breaks the pool stick... can someone please explain it to my dumbass? heres the clip just in case you dont know what im talking about:

The whole meaning behind that was about Joker killing Jai White and taking over his reigns and the rest of the guys following his orders. After what happened in the beginning of the movie with everyone killing each other in the bank, Joker didnt have many minions left to follow him aorund, so he needed to recruit.

The whole meaning behind that was about Joker killing Jai White and taking over his reigns and the rest of the guys following his orders. After what happened in the beginning of the movie with everyone killing each other in the bank, Joker didnt have many minions left to follow him aorund, so he needed to recruit.
thats cuz he killed his own recruits :P what a doofus lol that last thing i said was dumb :(
I too have a question. Why does he keep smacking his lips?

Quit nitpicking everything. He smacked his lips to give his Joker a personality trait.

he smacked his lips to play up the scars on his mouth... aka the glassglow smile.. or chelsy grin
