I saw this and couldn't believe it actually made it to court. Didn't her lawyer feel like a goon arguing the case? I'm glad the judge set her straight. This was almost as satisfying as the girl whose Facebook status cost her dad 80,000 dollars.
I suggest that the lawyer wear a paper bag over her head for defending her.
Luckily this was thrown out. This girl is a fine example of how entitled many in this generation are.
